Support contact
[SUPPORT EMAIL — TO BE CONFIRMED]
Contact details are being finalized. When support opens, include your tool link, order reference, and what went wrong. No message can be sent from this page yet.Find an order
See payment status and refund records, or ask for help with a specific order.
Sign in with the account used at checkout. Our Terms, Privacy, Refund policy, and Creator rules are public previews with unresolved business details. They are not yet effective. Follow the payment-mode notice shown in the marketplace; sandbox orders do not involve real money.
What can I publish?
You can currently publish self-contained HTML tools or supported project folders containing browser-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Local assets are packaged with the tool. Compile framework projects to supported static output and bundle JavaScript imports first. KitCubby does not currently run Python, Java, Node servers, or other creator backends.
Some tools depend on external services, scripts, or browser features that the hosted sandbox restricts. Try your creation in KitCubby before sharing or selling it. A successful upload is not a guarantee that every feature works.
Where does my cover image come from?
The uploader can capture a preview of your tool and use it as the cover. Preview capture is approximate and can fail for some layouts or tools that need interaction. Review the generated image before publishing, or upload your own cover. Keep private data out of both the source and the preview.
I paid, but my tool is still locked
- Sign in with the same account used for the purchase, then check My toolbox → Purchased or Purchase history. Refunded orders remain in history even after tool access ends.
- Allow a short time for payment confirmation and refresh. A checkout return page alone does not prove payment completed.
- Do not pay again just to retry access. Contact support with the tool link, payment date, and order or receipt reference.
- Test purchases and live purchases are separate. A sandbox purchase does not unlock a later live purchase.
How do I request a refund?
Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL — TO BE CONFIRMED] with the tool name, purchase email, payment date, and order reference if available. The proposed Refund policy includes a 7-day change-of-mind guarantee and separate handling for duplicates, inaccessible purchases, or materially misdescribed tools. Your mandatory consumer rights still apply. There is currently no self-service refund button.
How is my work saved?
Tools that write to supported local storage save information separately for each signed-in user and tool. Wait for the saved confirmation before switching devices. Anonymous sessions and starter examples do not save to your account. Unsaved form fields and session storage are not backed up. Use Retry save after a failure; reconnecting also retries pending changes.
Use Download saved-data copy to keep a private JSON copy of the supported tool data, including pending changes. It does not include rejected oversized changes or a copy of the application itself. When two tabs edit the same workspace, download your current data before reloading the newer account copy; changes are not automatically merged. Keep your own backup of other important work where the tool offers export or copy functions. Do not store passwords, financial credentials, identity documents, or highly sensitive records in a tool. If access is removed by a refund or moderation, contact support about any work you need; do not assume access or export remains available.
How do I report a tool or appeal a restriction?
Use the report option on a listing when available, or contact [SUPPORT EMAIL — TO BE CONFIRMED] with the listing link and a specific explanation. For suspected malware or credential theft, stop using the tool and label your message “Security report.” Do not attach working malware, passwords, or other people’s private data.
If your tool or seller account is restricted, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL — TO BE CONFIRMED] with its identifier and explain why you believe it should be restored. The owner reviews moderation decisions. Changing a blocked listing’s status does not remove the block.
For a copyright or other rights concern, identify the work, the disputed listing, your relationship to the rights holder, and a safe contact method. [ADD ANY JURISDICTION-SPECIFIC NOTICE PROCESS AND DESIGNATED CONTACT BEFORE LAUNCH].
Account and privacy requests
You can edit your display name, handle, and bio from your profile. For account deletion, an export, or another privacy request, contact [SUPPORT EMAIL — TO BE CONFIRMED]. Those requests currently require manual handling; there is no self-service account-deletion or full export screen. Deleting a KitCubby account is separate from deleting a ChatGPT or Stripe account.
Do not send secrets in a support message. We will use only the information reasonably needed to verify and investigate the issue. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained for lawful reasons, as explained in the final privacy notice.
